🌧️ Returns & Withdrawal from Contract

If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

🔄 How to proceed

1. Fill in the withdrawal form
   (not mandatory, but it speeds up processing).

2. Pack the goods securely to prevent damage during transport.

3. Send the parcel to:

❗ We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of withdrawal,
  but not before we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.

• Refunds are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

⚠️ Important conditions

• You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature and functionality (as in a physical store).

• You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond this scope.

• We recommend returning the goods complete and undamaged.

🚫 When withdrawal is not possible

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

• made to order according to customer specifications

• customized or modified upon customer request

• personalized products
