If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
🔄 How to Proceed

🌍 Returns from Outside the EU
When returning a shipment from countries outside the European Union (e.g., USA, Australia, United Kingdom), the customer is required, for customs purposes, to clearly mark the shipment as:
“RETURNED GOODS”
and attach a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation. In the event of incorrect customs declaration or additional costs (customs duties, administrative fees) incurred during the return of the shipment back to the Czech Republic, the refund may be reasonably reduced by these actually incurred costs.
💰 Refunds

We will issue the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from the agreement.

However, the refund may be withheld until we physically receive the returned goods back at our address, or until you provide verifiable proof that the goods have been sent.

We will return the funds using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The costs associated with returning the goods (return shipping to us) shall be borne by the customer.

The original shipping costs (from us to you) will only be refunded up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery option offered on our e-shop.

Testing the Goods: You may only test the goods in a manner necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature, characteristics, and functionality (similar to how you would inspect goods in a physical retail store). The Buyer is fully liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond this scope.

Condition of the Goods: We recommend returning the goods complete, clean, undamaged, and ideally in their original packaging.

Handmade Product Specifics: Our products are handmade. Individual pieces may naturally vary in visual details or exhibit individual sound characteristics. These features are a natural attribute of craftsmanship. If the product still does not suit you, you naturally have the right to return it within the statutory 14-day period (does not apply to custom orders, see below).
🚫 When Withdrawal is Not Possible
In accordance with Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from an agreement for goods that have been manufactured or modified according to the individual wishes of the customer. In our e-shop, this applies in particular to products:

featuring personalized elements,

with individually customized dimensions, specific decor/color, or a custom sound length.
